...look what i got this weekend...

i have wanted some for so long and i finally got em!

all different kinds too :)

i just learned that the ones in the second image

are called pork-n-beans. Haha.

i love them because they grow with abuse

and are quick to reroot when a 'bean' falls off

i think they can live in my kitchen window

which gets hot direct sun during the day.

 

the other little guys still need to get transplanted

and i will probably tuck them around in my kitchen shelves.

 

i don't have a very good history of keeping succulents alive

but i'm gonna keep a close eye on these babies and hope for the best :)

i am sewing dolls, listening to the rain and thinking about a nap.

my "LOVE" is just crooked enough to drive me nuts

i need to add flowers around the edges or intertwined 

with the letters to try and trick the eye a bit.

i love the way the butterflies look together

but they need more light to photograph properly.

i think this is the best time of year for lighting in the bedroom,

but i'm still trying to determine the best time of day.

i'll be adding some new pieces to the shop next week
