Paloma is super excited to finally meet you, but she is still a little bit shy.

she is handcrafted from plaid print corduroy and wears

a shimmering felt floral blanket across her shoulders

and a matching sequined cap on her pretty little head

she will be available in my shop later this week

i got a sneak preview of the second issue of Mollie Makes. yay!

it's not available in the US until early next month

i yanked it out of my mailbox on saturday

before heading out to do a few wedding errands.

i have been anxiously waiting to see my fox tutorial in print

it looks Amazing!

they also included me on their contributors page.

and wrote a little blurb about me...so official:)

i am SO so flattered that they invited me

to be part of their lovely new magazine.

like i said, i have been working on some new floral accessories

...that can be worn in a couple different ways...

you might notice that this strand is a work in progress

( i still have the add centers to my flowers )

but i am so so happy with they way they turned out.

i have been wanting to make something like this for awhile,

but couldn't figure out how i wanted to construct it.

for some reason everything fell into place over the past 2 days.

so i'll have them ready for the shop very soon!

which is kind of nice for the first day of summer :)

i'm assembling flowers for some new accessories and

matilda is sprawled on the hardwood floor trying to keep cool.

i came across these mason jar lights this morning. via this post at sfgirlbybay

followed a link over to poppytalk where i found a tutorial link to secret pocket

the lanterns above are from bootsngus and are still available :)

i'm trying to figure out how to work them into the wedding.

or maybe a pair over the breakfast bar in the kitchen. LOVE!
