yep....that's the technical term
a floaty pen is a cross between a writing instrument and a snow globe.
and there are a TON of themes and styles.
i thought it would be fun to post about these animated 'everyday objects'
as i will be introducing a new pen cozy design later this week.

Oh my!!!! I used to have one of these....sooooo cute and kitschy...that would be a fun thing to collect and display...can't wait to see your cozy! LOVE.

I too collect floaty pens. I love them. I have lots...have never counted them.

Yes!! I love these! When I was little, that was always the souvenier I would choose when my family would go to "tourist" spots :) I'm sure I still have most of them...need to find 'em!
