i've been getting the urge to revamp
a couple of pieces in my wardrobe this season.
sorta like a tune up for some old rumpled favorites.
...so i gathered a few images from google for inspiration...
i like the idea of using tradition styled embroidery in a new way.
not sure how yet, but i think there are some great details here.
if i could only find the time.

When I was little, we used to get colorful shirts and dresses with emroidered flowers from Mexico since we lived not too far from the border. Seeing the style make a come back reminds me of my happy childhood memories. I love it.
