i keep a sugar dish filled with river rock
and fresh water for the critters to drink on the back deck.
the trees are absolutely bursting with babies!
i think we have about five nests in the oak
i spotted these little dudes taking a sip and sunbathing this morning
i have also seen them scrub there teeth and wash their face
maybe i should drape a towel nearby :)
look at this cutie with his little belly pressed against the warm railing
i just wanna run right out there and grab him!
anyways, i hope you have a beautiful weekend.
...i will have plenty of new pretties to show you soon...

So cute, we don't have any native animals here that are half as cute as these guys.

HAH! I want to just reach through the screen and face snuggle them! SO cute! You are so sweet to leave fresh water out for them :)

My parents had a family of squirrels...all with an extra ear!!!! No joke!!! 3-4 generations of them!! All with 3 ears!!! It was soooo crazy!!! I haven't seen them in a long time. I just couldn't believe my eyes!!!
